ROOFING SYSTEMS
MRI installs all nationally known roofing systems, including, but not limited to:
Single-Ply: EPDM, TPO, PVC. Each system can be installed over several different types of decking and insulation; either mechanically attached or fully adhered. Manufacturer material warranties range from 10 to 30 years.
Modified Bitumen: Smooth-surfaced, granulated, and Energy Star products. Modified bitumen membranes can be installed in multiple layers over several different types of decking and insulation using hot asphalt, cold adhesives, or torch application. Manufacturer material warranties range from 10 to 20 years.
Built-Up Roof Systems: Multi-layer felt systems (Type IV or VI) can be installed using hot asphalt or cold adhesive. These systems are usually capped using modified bitumen membranes, coatings, aggregate, or single-ply materials. Manufacturer material warranties range from 10 to 20 years. Energy-efficient roofing systems which incorporate Energy Star materials.
